He was a part of Dana White’s Contender Series in 2018, officially having his first fight in March last year.
All 3 of his UFC fights have ended in finishes and he is touted as the next big thing in the Middleweight division.
Brunson is a UFC veteran that enters this clash with a 20-7 career record.

He went through a period of 4 losses in 6 between 2016 and 2018, but he has seemed to regain form in consecutive 2019 wins.
While I do think Shahbazyan is the rightful favourite, I see some value in Brunson at $3.20.
He has the experience advantage and has fought in much higher-profile fights before.
Shahbazyan hasn’t fought anyone of his quality before and could easily succumb to a powerful punch.
He also hasn’t really been tested on the ground in his career, a place where Brunson should have the advantage.
As a pure value play, I’ll go with the underdog Brunson here.
