F1 Turkish Grand Prix 2020 Tips, Odds and Free Bonus Bets

The lights will go off at Istanbul Park for the first time since 2011 this weekend for the running of th 2020 Turkish Grand Prix.

Mercedes already has the constructors title wrapped up, making value a little hard to come by with Lewis Hamilton only one win away from locking up his seventh world championship.

After finishing one-two a fortnight ago in Imola, both Hamilton and teammate Valtteri Bottas head the top of the market, followed by Aussie Daniel Ricciardo, who is shooting for his third podium of the season.

With only four races remaining on the calendar, you can find our best 2020 Turkish Grand Prix bets in our preview below.

2020 Turkish Grand Prix Double Points Finish

Ferrari at $2.50

It’s been a rough old season for Sebastian Vettel, but he should feel pretty good about heading back to Istanbul – the site of his famous collision with Mark Webber back in 2010 that sparked a mutiny at Red Bull.

Vettel went on to win the Turkish Grand Prix the following year before it was wiped off the Formula 1 calendar.

Ferrari, meanwhile, claimed a hat-trick in Turkey when Felipe Massa won between 2006-2008.

Charles Leclerc has found the points in each of his last five races, so if Vettel can rewind the clock and keep his car clean, maybe we’ll see both Scuderia’s in the points.

2020 Turkish Grand Prix Points Finish

Romain Grosjean at $13.00

If you’re looking to have a shout on something at odds, don’t go past Romain Grosjean for a points finish.

The veteran not only grabbed pole position, but also won on this track back in 2011 – a result that helped him win the GP2 Series title on his return to Formula 1.

Nothing has really gone right for Haas this year, but after finishing ninth at the Nurburgring last month – a track that also calls for plenty of speed – Grosjean might be in with a chance.

2020 Turkish Grand Prix Number of Classified Drivers

Over 16.5 at $2.00

The Otodrom’s infamous turn eight is enough to make even the most experienced drivers nervous, but aside from the sweeping quadruple-apex left-hander, most of this track is fairly straight forward.

Istanbul Park is all about speed, which means there will be plenty of opportunities for drivers to overtake in or out of the DRS zone.

We’ve seen plenty of drivers spin out at turn eight, but over the years, most (bar two or three) have managed to finish the race.
