Both teams will take plenty of confidence heading into this clash after recording wins last weekend.
Western United impressed their new-found Tassie fans with a 1-0 win over the Central Coast Mariners and the Nix dominated in the distance derby beating the Perth Glory 3-1 at HBF Park on Sunday.
There’s been plenty to like about the Nix of late, having won their past two games, with plenty of scoring and proving to be one of the best underdog bets on offer in the A-League this season.
These two sides met only 11 days ago when the Nix won a 3-2 thriller in Wollongong, and they have won their past three games over Western United.
